two real estate companies that purchases distressed properties in the North and South East. During his career, Mr.
Allen was actively involved in numerous private financing activities in a wide array of industries. Prior to founding
Prestige Ventures, Mr. Allen served as Associate at a multi-million alternative investment company that focused on
making investments in early stage companies as well as real estate related opportunities.
Prior to that, Mr. Allen held a position as Vice President of Investment Banking with Spencer Trask Securities.
